Hi, I'm Reo. I live in Osaka, Japan, and I help small businesses with their marketing. This site is about starting a newsletter and keeping it going, without turning it into a second job.

Who I am

I run a small marketing service for local businesses in Japan. The work covers social media management, landing pages, and Google review management.
From 2025 to 2026, I led sales for a social media management agency. That meant many conversations with business owners about how to reach their customers.
I'm also a web developer. I built a Google review management tool (a small SaaS product) on my own, from zero.

Why this site exists

An email list lets you reach your readers directly, without depending on what a social media feed decides to show. Choosing a tool and setting it up shouldn't take a week of trials, so this site tries to do some of that work for you.

What you can expect

Step-by-step guides you can follow in one sitting.
Honest notes on tools: what they do well, where they fall short, and who should skip them.
A clear "(paid link)" label next to every affiliate link.
Plain English, with no hype.

How I make these articles

English is my second language. I use AI (Claude) to help me draft and polish my articles so they read clearly. Then, for every article:

I check every claim, such as features and plan limits, against the vendor's official pages.
When I write about a tool, I say whether I've used it myself.
When I show a tool's screen, it's a real screenshot, not a mockup.

Prices and features change often, sometimes right after I publish. Always check the vendor's own site for the current price before you buy. If you spot something out of date, please let me know and I'll fix it.
